Hi - I’m Helen

I love the work I do and I hope you will too!

Growing up in New Zealand our family business made and sold sheepskin products, so from a very young age I helped my mum cutting and sewing.

Fast forward to the turn of the millennium, and I was here, honing my craft among the UK tailors, transforming garments for the chic shops of the shire. But it was in Tewkesbury in 2017, that I decided to stitch my own story by setting up Kiwi Alterations.

Now, I’m the proud owner of a bustling alterations business operating from our home, serving the stylish citizens of Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and beyond. Whether you’re a clothing retailer or it’s your own item, I ensure every thread tells a tale of perfection. With a dash of Kiwi can-do , I promise not just a quick turnaround, but a warm smile with every stitch.
